"I've used your service for over 25 years--i'm delighted you do so much on the web now! I started using your services when I broke the only piece missing from my mother's wedding China--Royal Doulton Chelsea Rose--at the tender age of eight. I literally searched the world for a replacement, but it had been discontinued the year my mother was married, in 1953. I visited the Royal Doulton factory in England, and was still not able to find it--but then learned about you and replaced the cup when I was 25. My mother was shocked and delighted. After her death the entire service for eight went to my younger sister, and the family continues to add to the set from your stores.
