"I have known Replacements since its earliest days, when one learned about the company through small advertisements. Having inherited most of my place settings, pieces were missing. Replacements, over the years has assisted to register and later find some of the missing pieces. I now have a complete set of formal dinnerware and Christmas dishes. The personnel were, also, able to locate missing Christmas dessert forks to complete the set. Just about a month ago, I made a trip to Replacements, for a day outing and to see if Replacements was interested in purchasing some pieces, which the company did. In the process, I was informed that a glass I was looking for was now available and I could chose from the four that were in stock. I still have Replacements looking for some other pieces, I will not be surprised if you locate them. You haven't failed me yet. I am always satisfied with your service."
